The Challenge

Talent Board was a start up looking to develop a solution that would help employers in the automotive industry connect with qualified candidates who were looking for new career opportunities. Job seekers needed to remain anonymous until they were matched with a suitable employer so as to not jeopardise their current employment. The solution had to be simple to use for users from a wide range of backgrounds with varying technical experience.

The Solution

After completing a detailed strategy and scoping phase we determined the project scope and outlined a solution that would meet all of the project goals. We then developed the Talent Board brand and website user interface with a professional yet friendly and engaging look and feel. The bespoke website solution was developed utilising WordPress as the base framework. After completing training as well as a thorough testing and quality assurance process the new Talent Board platform was ready to rev up the automotive recruitment process!
