Rockford Screens & Blinds offer the largest range of online security screen products in Australia and allow their customers to build products to their specific requirements. They needed an ecommerce platform that provided customers with the flexibility to configure products to specific requirements and purchase them online via a fast and secure checkout process. The website also had to streamline the administration and production processes to ensure that orders were manufactured and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The Solution

After assessing Rockford’s specific needs and requirements we decided to develop a bespoke ecommerce web application utilising the Laravel framework. By utilising a framework like Laravel and developing a completely bespoke web application from the ground up we were able to craft a solution that was tailored to their exact requirements. The end result was a highly performant ecommerce platform that provided customers with the ability to build complex security products online with complex pricing and validation logic. We then integrated their external systems including MYOB and built automated reports to streamline the production and delivery processes.
