After assessing their requirements in detail and gaining a thorough understanding of the way Big Gun operated, we developed an ecommerce website that focused on sales through an elegant user interface that highlighted the online product range and made purchasing a breeze. The launch of online ordering was rolled out in a stepped process, starting with instore pickup and then moving to delivery, allowing Big Gun to adapt to the new sales channel and integrate it with their existing instore procedures.
