Kapish are part of the Citadel Group & have been delivering innovative solutions to meet their customers information management challenges for over 15 years. In order to provide a seamless solution for their customers to access their software and other important tools they needed to modernise their web presence and create an easy to use member portal.
The Solution
By first completing a detailed strategy and discovery process we developed a strong understanding of the business goals and requirements. We then analysed their existing website structure and functionality and came up with a solution to improve the user experience and admin management processes.
